    • Do you sell cigars online?

      We do sell our cigars online, along with other related products. We comply with the state and federal laws, and our desire to be the best in the online cigar business.

    • Why do you verifying age?

      Blackbird Cigar is committed to only selling our products to adults. As a part of meeting that commitment, Blackbird Cigar uses a non-affiliated third party age and identity verification company, to assure that customers online are of age to purchase their products and are who they say they are. The third part of age verification services uses multiple trusted data sources containing billions of public records to return an age validation based on the personal information submitted by you. This service is specifically designed to validate and protect your identity while maintaining the highest level of consumer privacy when processing online transactions.

    • Is the information I provide secure?

      Absolutely. Blackbird Cigar uses secure encryption technology to ensure the safe delivery of the information you provide online. In addition, Blackbird Cigar DOES NOT store, share, or sell your sensitive personal information or any data with other third parties. This practice assures you that unauthorized parties cannot gain access to your sensitive personal information.

    • How long does it take to ship an order?

      The availability of an item is displayed in real-time on the product detail page, along with the estimated delivery date. If all the items you ordered are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours (not including weekends and holidays) provided that no additional information is required and we are able to process your payment. Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM EST will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will usually ship the next business day. Special order items usually ship within 3-5 business days. If an item on our website is out of stock, you can request to be emailed when the item is back in stock. Just click on the «Email Me When Available» button on the product’s detail page. You can check your order status by clicking on the «Your Account» button at the top of any page. Once on your account page, click on «Order History».

    • How do I get free shipping?

    • Why hasn’t my order been shipped?

      We try our best to ship your order within 24 hours. However, there are several reasons why your order may have been delayed:

      1.) You did not use the correct billing address in the order form. You must use the address to which your credit card statement is mailed. This is verified by the bank and your order will not be accepted if the address does not match. Please check your address.

      2.) You used an incorrect email or telephone number and we were unable to verify the purchase. You must always use a current email or telephone number. If you are concerned about privacy issues, please read our Privacy Policy. We do not share information with others, period.

      3.) We are waiting for your response to an email that was sent about your order. Please check your junk mail or spam mail folder.

      Generally, we attempt to contact you by email to notify you of the problem; however, we may have been unable to contact you. This is for your protection as well as our own. Please be aware that status information is updated every evening.

    • Which payment methods do you accept?

      We accept Paypal and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. In order to prevent credit card fraud, every order is verified manually. If shipping and billing addresses are different, we will confirm the authenticity of the order with the cardholder. Any order without a valid phone number for the billing party will not be processed.

    • How do I use a gift card/certificate?

      You can use a gift certificate to pay any item sold by Cigar O’ Clock. Gift certificates must be redeemed toward the purchase of products listed in our online catalog and can also be redeemed in our retail store. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, redemption value not to exceed $00.10. If you are having problems with a gift certificate, please contact us.

      All you need to redeem your gift certificate is follow these steps:

      1.) On our website, select your items, and add them to your Shopping Cart.

      2.) Complete the checkout form and enter your Gift Certificate number on the Payment section. The value of your gift certificate will be applied to your order.

      3.) Submit your order.

    • How do I use coupon codes?

      When offered, coupon codes will be displayed on the homepage or through email. To apply the code, you must click «view cart» to view your shopping cart. To the left of «Items Total» will be a box to enter in the coupon code. Type the code in this box and click «add». This will apply the discount to your order. Note that coupon code may not apply to some brands.

    • I did not receive an order confirmation number.

      When you place an order you will receive an email with a confirmation number and proof of purchase. However, there are several reasons why you may not have received an order confirmation email.

      1.) You may have made an error in your email address while registering. To find out if you entered your email correctly, try to login to your account. If you receive a message that the email address is not in the database, please contact us. We will be happy to verify your email address.

      2.) You may not have submitted your order on the last page of the checkout. You can first try to login to your account and verify that the order you just placed is displayed on the “My Orders” page. If you can’t find your order, our system may have no record of your order request.

      3.) You may have a spam filter on your inbox that has blocked the order confirmation email. Please check your junk email folder. Add us to your Safe Senders list to avoid this problem in the future.

      4.) You placed your order using our guest checkout and did not enter an email address to receive an order confirmation. You may contact us by email to determine the status of your order.

    • What is your return policy?

      You can easily return most items purchased at cigaroclock.com within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. If you are returning cigars, please send them in the original condition that you have received them, including packaging and accessories. Samplers and singles must be returned in a zip lock bag with a humidifier pouch. Cigars that are shipped in cellophane wrap must be returned with their original cellophane wrapping. Please do not return half-smoked cigars. The half-smoked cigars will not be refunded, and the odor of burnt tobacco will ruin the cigars that are left in the box. For safety reasons, items that use flammable liquids or gases such as lighters cannot be returned to Cigar O’ Clock. Please contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information. For assistance in contacting the manufacturer, please contact us.

    • How do I initiate a return?

      Contact us via email or phone to ask for a Return/Exchange Authorization Request form. Please indicate your name, order number, items you’re returning, and reason for return. Include any pictures of the product if received damage. We will provide you with a return label to ship the item(s) back to us and a return form via email. Fill out and print the form to send with the return. Cigar O’ Clock may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return.

    • How do your refunds work?

      We will e-mail you as soon as we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1-3 business days of our receiving your return. Usually, it takes 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account. If the item you’re returning was a gift, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift buyer.

      Calculating Refund Amounts

      1.) If you purchased a box of cigars and are not returning the full box, the cigars that you keep will be deducted from your refund at the selling price listed for the single on our website.

      2.) Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, a refund will be equal to 80% of item’s price.

      3.) Any item that has obvious signs of use, the refund will equal 50% of the item’s price.

      4.) Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a refund may be granted up to 50% of item’s price.
